DOSBox is usually used to run old MS-DOS games for Intel x86 PCs that can't run modern operating systems such as Window XP, Vista, Linux or FreeBSD. I've been itching to play an old school point-and-click adventure game called Robot City (recommended.i think - link ), which led me down the rabbit hole of installing DOSBox, getting Win3.1 running, etc. I added this something to close everything out when the game exits. Windows 3.1 has been ported to Google's Linux-based Android phone platform by developer Shawn McHenry using the DOSBox emulator. In Windows Setup, select from the Options menu 'Change system settings'. Start up DOSBox-X, start Windows 3.1, and then in the Program Manager go to Main, double-click 'Windows Setup'. There should be an INF file and a DRV file. Does the folder "z:\dosbos\Windows 3.1\Games\Ace Ventura" contain the contents of the CD, or did you install the game and then rename its installation folder afterwards? (You really shouldn't do that.)
